As HR recruiters, we’re involved in discussions and situations concerning D&I every day. We’re on a journey towards becoming more knowledgeable and impactful – just like everyone else

From our position, we get to influence clients and candidates towards taking positive steps, such as removing bias from a process or asking for reasonable adjustments to be made. We consider this a big responsibility, and we’re careful to only give advice that’s measured and supportive. This also means working to change hearts, minds, and longstanding opinions. Over time, we’re confident that our business will continue to grow in terms of awareness, representation, and confidence in our capacity to add value to client D&I processes. For now, we’re committed to making a difference in our day-to-day work.

What we’re up to

Recruitment is a people business, so we never treat our work like it’s transactional. We love to show off personal touches such as gifts from happy clients and candidates, team days out, and support for causes close to our hearts.
