We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner for an engineering business with offices in Yorkshire and the North West. Reporting into the Head of People Partnering, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure people plans deliver against long term business objectives.

    You will be responsible for leading and managing organisational change initiatives, succession planning through identifying and developing internal talent to ensure leadership continuity, coaching and supporting senior teams, implementing and promoting Diversity and Inclusion strategies as well as developing and executing engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement.

    To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a HR Business Partner ideally in a unionised, matrix organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.  You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified.

    This is a permanent, hybrid role offering circa £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
