We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Change Manager to join a logistics business in Leeds. Reporting into the Head of People Experience, you will support the implementation of a new HRIS and the transition to a new People operating model, ensuring a seamless transition and providing necessary support to stakeholders across the organisation.

Using a continuous improvement approach, you will identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to optimise processes and practices, ensuring the people strategy remains aligned with the broader business agenda. You will provide support to the Head of People Experience, developing strategies, policies, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and drive organisational success.

    • Proven experience in change management, preferably within HR transformation projects.
    • Strong understanding of HRIS implementation processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align people initiatives with broader business objectives.
    • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
    • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Relevant qualifications in HR, change management, or related fields are desirable.

     

    This is a 12-month FTC, hybrid with occasional travel across the North, offering circa £60,000 per annum.
