We are working with a global engineering business to recruit a Regional Learning and Development Manager to work closely with the Head of Talent and L&D Coordinators providing a range of L&D.
You could be based out of Leeds, York, Birmingham or London but travel to all offices will be required.
This will be a hybrid role but weekly office presence is essential.
The role will lead all aspects of L&D across the business, supporting the strategic objectives of the business and in line with the HR strategy.
- Create and deliver content
- Directly support stakeholders in understanding what it is they and their teams need related to L&D
- Support the development of the Early Careers offering and population
- Develop and deliver an effective and engaging L&TD provision
- Analyse, update/improve and develop a range of talent frameworks
- Design and deliver various blended learning training packages, including inductions, management & leadership etc.
- Create and support a learning culture across the business
- Use and be creative with a wide range of digital learning tools and the ability to implement engaging workshops
- Ability and willingness to travel to support the team and deliver content (likely approx. every other week.)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with excellent stakeholder engagement experience
- Previous L&D experience in a white-collar/professional services environment
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and tailoring solutions
- Ideally, you will have a relevant HR qualification
- Used to working with a wide range of stakeholders
