We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading private equity backed manufacturing business in West Yorkshire.

Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, the Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth as well as lead HR initiatives across the organisation, including succession planning, talent management, performance management and organisational development. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and solutions to enhance team performance and employee engagement.

    To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, in either the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry. You will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. You will be pragmatic with in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends.

    This is a permanent, hybrid role based in West Yorkshire offering circa £55,000 per annum plus package.
