Last week Amber had the pleasure of hosting 14 senior communications professionals for dinner. While many of them are currently in permanent roles, a few were between contracts, had recently been made redundant, or were actively exploring new opportunities.

One thing we all agreed on: the current market is challenging. Competition is high, and roles are being filled quickly, but that doesn't mean opportunities aren’t out there. It just means the way you approach your job search matters more than ever.
