Chief People Officer - c£150,000 + excellent package 

Newcastle / London (Hybrid)

We are looking to recruit a Chief People Officer for this dynamic new name in its sector.

A business that is going through a period of transformation and integration with the people agenda at the heart of that change.

We are looking to speak with broad HR generalists who can evidence exposure to the full portfolio of HR work including a strong background in talent development, reward management & DEI strategies. All combined with a desire to work as a part of the senior leadership team to drive change and help develop the culture of this long established but newly formed business. 

You will be a part of the senior leadership team and report to the Group COO of this very collegiate business. Our client is looking for those that can be influential across the business, lead & empower the people & culture team and create an employee experience that is best in class. 

This business is a niche, international financial services organisation. They will be very open to applications from those with different sector backgrounds but if you had a career history that included working across international borders and experience of the UK SMCR that would be very useful. 

The business operates a hybrid working policy and has a UK axis across the North East and London. Candidates will need to be able to and want to spend time in the North East on a regular basis.
