Due to a period of increased activity and demand, we are supporting a well-established business to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support their People function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing varied casework, influencing stakeholders and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing a varied ER caseload, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary, performance and conduct matters.
- Providing expert advice and coaching to managers and leaders.
- Ensuring employment law compliance and consistent case management.
- Supporting policy updates, process improvements and management training initiatives.
- Producing accurate case records, reporting and insights.
- Significant Employee Relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience handling complex and sensitive ER cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ideally, you will have CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards).
- Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
