We have a Learning and Development Business Partner opportunity in a growing L&D function within a law firm.
Ideally, you will be local to Liverpool or Manchester and be happy travelling to other offices as and when necessary.
This is a full-time permanent role. Hybrid working arrangement but you will be required to be in office as and when required.
- Support organisational change through the development of targeted learning interventions
- Collaboration with the HR team to deliver against the HR strategy and people agenda
- Design and delivery of management development programmes to staff and partners
- To support on the delivery of the Leadership Academy programmes
- Support the HRD and Head of L&D with the design of the Learning strategy and implementing it
- When needed manage and negotiate with third party providers in providing and delivering training and development programmes
- Work with the Early Years team to design and deliver learning and development solution for trainees and apprentices
- Provide developmental support to partners and senior leadership team as required
- Support in managing the L&D budget
- Work to internal KPIs and ensure ROI is reportable
- Previous L&D in a law firm is essential (professional services backgrounds will also be considered)
- Passionate about both design and delivery of L&D
- Able to hold a room when delivering content
- Comfortable communicating with all seniority levels
- Coaching, mentoring and feedback skills
- Experience of measuring the effectiveness of learning
- Highly organised and self-motivated approach to workload
- Flexibility – the role will require regular travel (average once a week) to other offices across the business
