We are recruiting an Learning and Development Specialist for a global engineering business in Wimbledon. Reporting into the HR Director and sitting within the HR team, the L&D Specialist will be responsible for the management of the Learning Management System, as well as designing and developing learning programmes.
The L&D Specialist will take full accountability for learning and development for the business. You will be responsible for improving the Onboarding and Induction training, creating an Early Careers Program by developing initiatives for entry-level employees and graduates, designing and delivering Leadership Development programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of current and aspiring leaders, as well as Career Mapping.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Wimbledon, offering c£55,000 per annum.
