We are currently seeking a passionate Reward and Benefits Manager to join a non-profit organisation in Liverpool. Reporting into the Head of People Services, the Reward and Benefits Manager will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing and maintaining all operational reward and benefits activities, as well as leading strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing Modern and Affordable Packages: Develop innovative reward and benefits packages that align with organisational values and cater to the diverse needs of our employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Enhancing Current Benefits Offerings: Evaluate and improve existing benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees.
    • Conducting Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in reward and benefits management, conducting regular benchmarking exercises to ensure our offerings remain competitive within the non-profit sector.
    • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR colleagues, senior management, and other relevant stakeholders to gather insights, gain buy-in, and implement effective reward strategies that support organisational goals and foster a positive work culture.
    • Ensuring Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to reward and benefits, ensuring our practices remain compliant with legal requirements and industry standards.

     

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of reward management principles, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term reward strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

     

    This is a permanent, hybrid role offering circa £52,000 - £57,000 per annum.
