We are recruiting for a Talent Advisor to join a professional services company based in Leeds.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding new talent for the organisation. Reporting to the Head of People, you will assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies and initiatives to ensure the company has access to the best talent. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience, providing guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
In order to be successful, you will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for working with people. You should have a strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes. Previous experience in an in-house talent role is desired. You will also be expected to be highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an internal talent role desired
- Knowledge of recruitment tools such as job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Confident interviewing candidates, including competency based interviews
Requirements:
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Leeds, offering circa £45,000 per annum.
