We’re working with a professional services business seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, as an Employee Relations Specialist.
- Strong ER background - able to demonstrate a broad range of cases managed (from simple to complex)
- Confident in managing ER issues from start to resolution
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
- Currently located in the UK
- Available immediately
- Contract: 6-month FTC
- Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Darlington required
- Focus: Employee Relations – handling a range of ER cases, supporting line managers, ensuring best practice
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
