    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned to business objectives.
    • Partner with the SLT to support growth, transformation and organisational effectiveness.
    • Champion a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.

     

    Human Resources

    • Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Oversee performance management, reward and workforce planning.
    • Drive leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practice.
    • Review organisational design to improve efficiency and performance.
    • Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

     

    About You

    • Significant progressive HR experience, operating at senior HR leadership level.
    • Strong generalist background with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
    • Commercially minded with solid employment law knowledge.
    • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and leading change.
    • Experience overseeing Health & Safety is advantageous.
    • Pragmatic, resilient and hands-on in approach.
