Are you a strategic and hands-on HR professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, founder-led consultancy business? We are looking for a commercially-minded People Partner to join a forward-thinking People team, playing a key role in driving business success through people.

Reporting directly to the People Director, you’ll operate as a true business partner – shaping and delivering both strategic initiatives and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. You'll use people analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement, enabling data-led decision making at every level of the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with senior leaders to provide expert HR advice and coaching
    • Using people data and insights to inform strategic planning and change
    • Supporting and delivering learning and development initiatives
    • Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and processes
    • Driving employee engagement, internal comms, and cultural initiatives
    • Leading and supporting a range of HR projects aligned with growth plans

     

    About You:

    • You’re a confident HR Business Partner with experience in a fast-moving, founder-led or SME environment
    • You combine strong strategic thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
    • You're highly analytical and data-literate, using insights to shape and influence people strategies
    • You’re passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
    • You have experience across L&D, employee engagement, policy development, and organisational change

     

    This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Leeds, offering £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
