Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Contract: Full-Time (40hrs per week), Permanent

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering a proactive, inclusive recruitment strategy within a fast-paced adult social care environment. This is a hands-on and strategic role, focused on building resilient, values-led teams that make a real difference.

    The Role

    As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll drive operational excellence across recruitment, lead TA projects, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business. You will also:

    • Deputise for the Head of Talent Acquisition, making decisions independently and supporting the wider TA team
    • Lead and deliver Talent Acquisition projects
    • Partner with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs and align talent strategy with business goals
    • Build and manage external partnerships (e.g. schools, colleges, universities, job centres, local communities)
    • Lead proactive sourcing campaigns across operational and leadership roles
    • Develop strong talent pipelines through networking, community engagement and digital outreach
    • Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote a values-led employer brand
    • Use labour market data and insights to inform workforce planning and recruitment decisions
    • Enhance employer brand presence through storytelling, social media and sector engagement

     

    About You

    • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition projects within an in-house TA or recruitment function
    • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, using proactive direct sourcing
    • Happy to combine hands-on recruitment while also working on projects
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate workforce needs
    • Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving change
    • Strong data literacy and workforce planning capability
    • A solutions-focused, inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
    • A highly customer-focused approach
    • Knowledge of right to work requirements, visas and sponsorship

     

    full driving licence is required due to travel to multiple sites, some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.
