Interim HR Business Partner (Contract)
- UK Remote (with occasional travel to Buckinghamshire)
- You must already reside in the UK to be considered for this role
- 3 months interim FTC contract - to start immediately
- Up to £60,000 per annum
We are partnering with a large, multi-site professional services organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy People function during a period of operational demand.
- Managing a backlog of Employee Relations cases alongside active ER matters
- Providing expert guidance on UK employment law and HR best practice
- Building strong relationships with operational and senior stakeholders
- Supporting TUPE transfers, including consultations and documentation
- Delivering pragmatic HR advice across complex and sensitive situations
- Managing HR queries via a HR ticketing or case management system
- Supporting organisational change and people initiatives
- Ensuring ongoing BAU HR activity is delivered effectively
- Preparing documentation and supporting employment tribunal activity where required
- Have proven experience in a professional services environment
- Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level
- Strong Employee Relations expertise and confidence in managing complex cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of UK employment legislation
- Experience supporting TUPE activity (desirable)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualified or equivalent practical experience
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, supporting stakeholders through complex people matters, and balancing project activity alongside business-as-usual HR delivery.
You will play a key role supporting operational leaders and senior stakeholders, helping to address an existing backlog of Employee Relations cases while managing ongoing ER activity and wider HR priorities.
