We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation, supporting senior leaders to deliver impactful people strategies across a multi-site environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true partnering role where you’ll influence, challenge, and support leadership teams while driving engagement, workforce planning, and organisational performance.

    The Role:

    • Supporting senior HR Business Partner
    • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR advice
    • Coach, train, support and challenge relevant stakeholders and team members
    • Supporting workforce planning and organisational design
    • Driving engagement initiatives and analysing people data
    • Supporting talent development, succession planning, and L&D
    • Contributing to change programmes, restructures, and transformation

     

    About you:

    • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
    • Has strong generalist HR experience (ideally in a complex or unionised environment)
    • Can influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
    • Is comfortable working across multiple sites and priorities
    • Brings a data-driven and strategic mindset
