We're looking for an experienced Rewards Partner to join a global professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a pivotal role supporting key reward initiatives across the business, including job levelling, job evaluation, and annual salary and bonus reviews.
You'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering reward frameworks that align with business strategy and support talent attraction, retention, and engagement. - Lead and support job evaluation and job levelling projects to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation.
- Manage the annual salary and bonus review process, including data analysis, recommendations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide guidance on reward structures, benchmarking, and best practices in line with market trends.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure reward strategies support wider talent and organisational objectives.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of bonus schemes and other incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Support with ad-hoc reward projects and global initiatives.
- Proven experience in reward/ compensation within complex or global organisations.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation frameworks (ideally Willis Towers Watson).
- Experience with job levelling methodologies and organisational design.
- Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

This is a 6-12-month FTC, hybrid role based in Leeds (1-2 days per week), offering circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus lucrative package.
