As a Senior Reward Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with senior HR and business leaders to translate strategy into practical, impactful solutions. You’ll oversee all aspects of reward, from pay reviews and bonus planning to governance and communication, ensuring consistency, fairness, and commercial alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, delivering reward initiatives that meet both local and global needs.
- Lead annual reward cycles including pay reviews, bonuses, and incentive programmes.
- Provide insight through pay benchmarking, structure design, and market analysis.
- Maintain governance and compliance standards across all reward activity.
- Communicate reward initiatives clearly to drive engagement and understanding.
- Contribute to wider business projects such as M&A integration, harmonisation, and employee experience improvements.
About You
- Proven experience in reward and business partnering within a complex, multi-site or international organisation.
- Strong understanding of total reward, compensation design, and market benchmarking.
- Confident in influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven, analytical, and commercially minded.
- Organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with sound ethical judgment.
