We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established professional services business, based either in the North East of England or London.
As the company continues its steady growth, they’re expanding their Talent Acquisition team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of that journey. In this role, you’ll support and advise stakeholders across the business, helping to shape their talent strategy.

- 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential of the role becoming permanent)
- £37,000 - £43,000 per annum (£50,000 - £55,000 if London based)
- 10% annual bonus

- Hybrid working arrangement, great flexibility (number of office days per month depends on location)
- End-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles, with administrative support from TA Coordinators
- Proactively sourcing candidates via adverts, headhunting, referrals, etc.
- Conducting screening calls and sometimes first-stage interviews
- Partnering with stakeholders to shape role profiles and run full recruitment processes
- Providing advice, insights, and feedback at each stage
- Keeping up with job market and industry trends
- Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and other systems
- Working closely with the wider TA and HR teams
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in a professional or financial services environment (though this isn’t essential)
- A strong background in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of stakeholder partnering
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A great team player who’s also comfortable working independently
