Working with one of our long-standing Leeds-based clients, we are supporting them in recruiting a Communications Specialist / Change Communications Consultant who will be able to lead the development and delivery of effective internal communications for the workplace and culture-related activities.
This is a hybrid role with a grown-up approach to working arrangements.
- Full-time, 12-month contract

- Support the delivery of various culture change communications
- Supporting the design and rollout of tailored communication plans
- Collaborate where required with external communication colleagues
- Support the development of compelling strategic narratives
- Ensure effective systems and processes are in place to support all actions
- Provide communications-related advice to key stakeholders
- Work to various budgets
- Collect, analyse and report on engagement data
- Detailed knowledge and proven experience in internal communications
- Proven relationship/stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to think strategically
- Significant experience in internal communications
