We’re looking for an experience Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join a private equity backed business in West Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the talent strategy, enhancing employer brand and ensuring attraction and retention of the very best people for the business.

    In this high-impact position, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a future-focused talent acquisition strategy. From optimising the careers website and developing the Employee Value Proposition, to strengthening the PSL and managing external partnerships, you will play a central role in defining how this organisation shows up in the talent market.

    You’ll build and enhance recruitment processes and policies, ensuring they are efficient, fair, and fully aligned with brand values. You’ll also champion an exceptional candidate experience—one that reflects who they are and supports long-term success.

    • You’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
    • Proven experience developing and executing TA strategies in a complex organisation.
    • Excellent stakeholder management—able to build trust and credibility at senior levels.
    • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging technology, data, and market insight.
    • A commitment to inclusion, equity, and employer brand excellence.
    • Confidence in analysing data, presenting insights, and using evidence to inform decisions.

    This is a permanent, hybrid role based in West Yorkshire.
