We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a professional services business in West Yorkshire.

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team in strategic and operational business decisions by developing and designing the HR strategic plan ensuring it aligns with organisational objectives to drive business success.

You will be responsible for managing and reviewing all HR policies and procedures, managing all HR case work ensuring fair and consistent resolution of employee issues and concerns, as well as leading and developing the HR team to support their professional growth and success.

    To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role. You will have strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    This is a permanent, office-based role in Bradford offering up to £50,000 per annum.
