We are partnering with a global Professional Services business with offices in London for a 12-month Junior HR Business Partner role, starting immediately.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, the Junior HR Business Partner will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR project work. We are looking to speak with candidates who have previously worked in private equity/asset management-type organisations.
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring best practice and compliance
- Support and lead on recruitment activities, including partnering with hiring managers and agencies
- Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting and data analysis
- Oversee benefits administration and liaise with providers
- Support learning and development initiatives, including onboarding and training logistics
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- CIPD Level 5 qualified desirable
- Immediately or on short notice
- Proven experience in a similar HR generalist or HRBP role
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, with hands-on exposure to ER, recruitment, and L&D
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Background in private equity, asset management, or investment management is highly desirable
- Confident working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
