We’re looking for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations expertise to join a dynamic professional services organisation on a short-term contract basis.
- Provide expert guidance on a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and restructures
- Partner with managers and HR teams to ensure ER cases are handled effectively, fairly, and in line with legislation and company policy
- Support change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of ER processes
- Ensure documentation and case management is handled to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Proven experience managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced, professional services or corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- CIPD qualification (desirable)
