This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned reward professional to design, implement and manage total reward solutions that are market competitive, fair, compliant, and inclusive — supporting the wider employee value proposition (EVP) and driving high performance across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the Head of Reward to deliver a global reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent
    • Lead the role profile and evaluation process to ensure accurate grading and benchmarking.
    • Manage global pay frameworks and deliver regular external benchmarking reviews
    • Oversee the design and execution of bonus and incentive schemes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with performance culture
    • Contribute to People projects, delivering reward-related workstreams on time, to cost, and to quality standards
    • Produce reports, insights, and papers for senior stakeholders and remuneration committees
    • Ensure reward policies are up-to-date, compliant with legislation, and supportive of EDI and wellbeing objectives

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Reward Manager who brings:

    • A strong understanding of employment and tax legislation relating to total reward
    • Experience in job evaluation methodologies (ideally Willis Towers Watson)
    • Significant experience in developing and delivering reward strategies
    • Proven track record in leading end-to-end cyclical reward processes (pay reviews, bonus, benefits, benchmarking)
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
    • Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights

    Desirable:

    • Experience within financial services or other regulated sectors
