The Role

You will play a key role in delivering both weekly and monthly payrolls, supporting a diverse workforce, and handling complex payroll queries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and act as a reliable subject matter expert, particularly in relation to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

This position offers flexibility in working location within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly payrolls
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring best practice usage and optimisation
• Support complex payroll queries across all levels of the organisation
• Assist with audit requests and compliance activities
• Provide cover and support for payroll leadership when required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and fiscal changes

Essential Experience & Skills

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience – essential
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll within an in-house environment
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing payroll queries via ticketing systems
• High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
