Are you an experienced Reward Analyst looking for your next challenge?
Working with one of our long-standing Financial Services, West-Yorkshire based clients, we are supporting them in recruiting a Senior Reward/Data Analyst who will be able to support the wider Reward Team to build and deliver a comprehensive reward and recognition strategy.
This role can be done remotely (with occasional visits to the office in West Yorkshire) or if local and preferred a more hybrid arrangement is also on offer.
- Full-time, 12-month contract

- Create models for use in both annual and ad hoc pay, bonus and pensions to provide data and insights
- Preparation of data along with data validation for all the annual benchmarking
- Support and deliver the annual bonus process
- Support and delivery for the annual pay review process by providing modelled scenarios of options and associated budgets
- Advanced compensation admin (on Workday)
- Production, calculation and full analysis of the Gender (and Ethnicity) Pay and Bonus Gap Report data
- Production and analysis of colleague pension data to provide insights to relevant team
- Work with HRIS to further enhance rewards technological capability
- Break down all analysis in a format that all key and relevant senior members of the team can access and understand
- Pull together reports to show the performance of rewards against MI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ideally, you will have knowledge of VBA and SQL to extract and interrogate data
- Previous experience using Workday would be advantageous but is not essential
- Analytical - an excellent ability to analyse and understand what the business/reward needs
- Able to use data interrogation, manipulation and reporting tools.
- You must have previous reward-related analyst experience
- Having worked in Financial Services before would also be advantageous but again not essential
