Calling all HR Business Partners that like to be in the thick of things! I may just have your next challenge for you.

This is a brand new role, working alongside another People Partner, to help look after their London and South of England manufacturing and distribution sites.

You will be working for a well-known and respected brand, based out of their busy and diverse North London site 5 days a week.

 

 

    Package:

    • Circa £68,000 (inclusive of London weighting)

    The role:

    • Support the day-to-day running of the sites in a HR capacity
    • Drive compliance management
    • Workforce planning & succession planning
    • Talent acquisition
    • Employee engagement
    • Leadership development activities
    • As well as the operational side, you will support various strategic projects related to change etc.
    • Working closely with the site senior leadership team, the national People team and the Shared Services team

     

    About you:

    • A proven HR/People Business Partner to senior stakeholders within an FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution Environment
    • Experienced HR generalist
    • Previous experience in leading and coaching people
    • You must have worked with Unions before

     

    This role is a full-time, permanent role, North London-based and is offering a salary of Circa £65,000. This is a fully site-based role.
